Huebro
The white village between the mountain and the desert, with the best hiking in the municipality.
Huebro is one of those villages that surprise with its location: perched on the hillside of Sierra Alhamilla, with views that on clear days reach the sea, this small nucleus is the ideal starting point for the most spectacular hiking trails in the municipality of Níjar.
The village itself is small and quiet, with well-preserved popular architecture and a fountain that has been a meeting point for residents for centuries. The route between Huebro and Las Presillas Bajas is one of the most valued in the area.
For lovers of hiking and landscape photography, Huebro offers something that no other village in the municipality has: height, perspective, and silence.
