How to Get There

From La Isleta del Moro, take the road heading south. The cove is a short distance from the village. The final access is via a dirt path, which is only passable on foot. It is not possible to drive directly to the beach.

Parking and Facilities

There is no specific parking area or facilities at Cala Tomate. Cars can be left near La Isleta del Moro, and visitors must continue on foot. This is an unspoilt beach with no services of any kind, such as beach bars, toilets, or showers.

Beach Characteristics

This is a small cove, approximately 50 metres long. The sand is mixed with gravel and some rocks, particularly at the ends. The sea is usually calm due to the natural protection offered by the rock formations. The waters are clear and shallow at the shore, with a gradual entry into the sea. It is a low-traffic beach, even during peak season, making it ideal for those seeking peace and quiet.

What to Do

The main activities are swimming and snorkelling, taking advantage of the clear waters and rich marine life. The cove's shape and rocks invite exploration and landscape photography. It is a suitable place to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
